Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Constance’s nursing career started in her hometown of Lima, Ohio. For the past eighteen years, she has continued to provide nursing care in Columbus and surrounding areas of Ohio. Beginning her nursing career in 2000 as a State Tested Nurse Aide, she went on to earn degrees and licensure as an LPN followed by ADN and BSN. She has nursing experience practicing in pediatric, geriatric, med-surg, and ICU specialties for 14 years. In 2016, she earned her first master’s degree in nursing science with specialization as Family Nurse Practitioner. After working in family practice, urgent care, and retail health settings, she realized there was an immense need for mental healthcare providers. To close the care gap for her clients, she went on to finish a second master’s degree program in 2020 with an emphasis on psychiatry and mental health. She subsequently went on to finish her Doctor of Nursing practice in 2022 as a personal and professional objective.
She has eight years of experience as a board-certified nurse practitioner and has treated many different primary care conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia. She has also completed certification as a Certified Medical Examiner which allows her to complete DOT physicals, T-8 physicals and sport physicals for employment and athletics. Additionally, she has a wealth of experience treating patients of all ages for a variety of mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and other severe mental illnesses.
She has a special interest in trauma and addiction.
She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She is now accepting new adult and adolescent clients ages 13 and older. By nurturing the Heart, Soul & Mind the journey to wholeness can begin.
